PrizeMart Membership Program Terms and Conditions
(Effective January 9, 2026)
PrizeMart membership program (the “Membership Program”) is established by Prizemart Limited (“PrizeMart”). Holder of PrizeMart membership card must agree to and abide by the terms and conditions of the Membership Program. If a customer submits an application to join the Membership Program or becomes a member of the Membership Program, it means that the customer has read and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions of the Membership Program, as outlined in this document.
1. Membership application
1.1. To become a member:
1.1.1 Customer can apply to be a member by spending at least HK$100 (after discounted) in one transaction at PrizeMart.
1.1.2 Customer must be 18 years of age. PrizeMart reserves the right to grant or reject an application to join the Membership Program at PrizeMart’s sole discretion.
1.2. Each member may hold only one membership account. If PrizeMart discovers or suspects that a member has more than one membership accounts, PrizeMart has the right to cancel the membership and its usage rights without prior notice to the member or compensation.
1.3 PrizeMart requires that each member provide his / her mobile phone number for the ease of tracking membership points. Each membership account can link to only one phone number.
1.4. Member may also provide birthday (year not required) to PrizeMart.
2. Membership benefits
2.1. Once a customer registers as member, he or she can enjoy the following membership rewards:
2.1.1 Customer earns 1 point for every HK$1 net spending (after discounted) at PrizeMart.
2.1.2 Membership points can be redeemed as cash discounts at PrizeMart store. Every 500 points can be redeemed as a HK$5 discount in a purchase.
2.2 Membership points are valid the day after they are earned until December 31 of the following year. All points must be used on or before the expiry date. Unused points cannot be accumulated. Expired membership points will be invalid and will have no use.
2.3 Member must present his / her membership card to cashier for redemption before payment.
2.4 Member must show his / her membership card or otherwise inform PrizeMart (by telling his / her telephone number) that he / she is a member at the time of purchase. Points not registered at the time of purchase will be forfeited.
2.5 If member applies for a refund after purchase, the relevant membership points earned from the purchase will be cancelled.
3. Report a lost membership card
3.1 If member loses his / her membership card, he / she will not be issued a replacement card.
3.2 If member wishes to cancel his / her membership, he / she may call +852 2406 8879. Membership will be terminated within 14 working days, and accumulated membership points, if any, will be cancelled.
4. Others
4.1 PrizeMart has the right to reject a customer's membership application or terminate membership without giving reason. If membership is terminated by PrizeMart, all accumulated points will be cancelled immediately.
4.2 Points accumulated by member will be recorded and based on the records in PrizeMart’s computer system. As a data user, PrizeMart will comply with the provisions set out in the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" to ensure that the personal data in PrizeMart’s system is accurate and properly stored, and PrizeMart uses the information in accordance with the purpose stated when collecting the data.
4.3 In case of dispute regarding the terms and conditions of the Membership Program, PrizeMart reserves the right to make the final decision.
4.4 Member confirms that he / she has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Membership Program, and agrees that PrizeMart has the right to collect and store member’s personal data for the purposes of the Membership Program and PrizeMart's marketing efforts (if any).
4.5 If there is discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of this document, the English version shall prevail.
